    Day 1- Into The Mountains! - We take care of everything on this hiking and yoga retreat in British Columbia, so you can relax from the moment we pick you up. Meet us on day 1 of your retreat and we take a scenic drive up the Fraser Canyon into a little known spot where the coast mountains meet the desert. Get settled in at the glamping resort and enjoy a delightful meal, consisting of a healthy spread fo plant based food. During the evening we unwind with a gentle outdoor yoga practise with the setting sun shining on us.

    Day 2- Rejuvenating in Nature - Wake up to warm desert sun and breathe away the everyday stress during a guided meditation. Join us for a fresh roasted coffee and a fresh breakfast before we head out for a day of guided hiking in the mountains. Typically, we head to Joffre Lakes Provincial Park and hike to the upper lake, where we see a glacier up close and you can swim in the emerald water if you dare! Relax in the glow of the sun, focusing on being mindful and present in the moment. On the way back, we stop for a sneaky stop at an award winning winery, and we wouldn't stop you if you wanted to treat yourself! Whenw e return to the resort, you can join your retreat leaders for a fun, impromptu cooking class, learning a new plant based meal. After dinner you can relax, and be part of an enlivening yoga practise as the sun sets. Enjoy the evening with a soak in the hot tub as the stars come out.

    Day 3- A Day In Paradise - Welcome the new day on your wellness retreat in BC with a guided sit, calming your wind and setting your intentions for the day. And we intend to have fun! Today we are heading out for an adventure in the Fraser Canyon, checking out some waterfalls, scenic hikes and a gorgeous backcountry lake. Feast on a delicious charcuterie style picnic lunch, trying some local delicacies. Free your inner vegan chef, during an optional plant-based cooking class back at camp and enjoy your tasty creations! Treat your body like a temple during an evening yoga practise and relax with your new friends around a campfire under the stars.

    Day 4- Follow the River's Flow - After a relaxing and mind calming meditation or morning yoga practise, we head out on a rafting adventure on the Mighty Thompson River! You will be safe in the hands of professional guides, so you can relax and enjoy the scenery and power of one of the biggest rafted rivers in Canada! When we return to camp you can go for a soak in the hot tub, or join the daily cooking class for another inspiring meal idea, and mouth watering dinner to follow. Rejoice with your new friends, talking about your favourite moments of the past week on your British Columbia yoga retreat! Finish off the evening with a guided yoga practise and a campfire.

    Day 5- Return Feeling Refreshed After another calming morning yoga practise we hop in the van and begin our journey back to where you were picked up from in Vancouver. We can't wait to see you for another yoga retreat in Canada soon!
